The two that come most readily to mind, because I'm obsessively fangirling both, are Supernatural and The Dresden Files. I suspect that The Ghost Whisperer might fit the profile as well, though I've only seen a few moments of it, and Eureka probably fits, though I've only caught a couple of episodes in the past and don't know if it's actually still airing. There's one called "Destination Truth" that's a reality type show. And there's the "Ghost Hunters" and "Most Haunted" too.

The new Warehouse 13 has supernatural themes, and of course there are still shows like Paranormal State and A Haunting which sometimes touch on occult or spiritual themes in addition to the ghostly angle.

Somewhat related, the new show Being Human on SyFy. The premise sounds like the set-up for a joke--i.e. a werewolf, a vampire and a ghost walk into a bar--but it's actually pretty good.
